PawValley Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you aww-lovely your PawValley apparel! Returns on apparel items are hassle-free within 30 days of delivery. Please note that accessories, clearance items, and custom or sale products are not eligible for return.

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@pawvalley.org within 30 days with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange. A quick photo of the item in problem-free condition (clean, unworn, and as received) helps us help you faster.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. After we receive your return and confirm it’s in original condition, we’ll issue a refund or prepare your exchange. (Original shipping costs are not refundable.)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Just let us know! Email support@pawvalley.org and include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send you a free return label and ship your new size or color as soon as we receive the original item. (Extra charges may apply for upgrades to sizes like 2XL or 3XL.)

Refunds

Once your return is on its way, we'll process your refund promptly. Once accepted, a credit will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting on a refund? First, check your bank or credit card—sometimes processing delays happen. If it’s been more than a week since approval, get in touch at support@pawvalley.org and we’ll sort it out together.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a PawValley Gift Credit for the return value. For items not marked as gifts—or if the giver shipped the item to themselves first—we’ll refund the original purchaser; they may receive a notification of the return.
